Except as set out in Section 2 below or where required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes fees for subscription periods that have already begun. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. We may grant a refund at our sole discretion; doing so does not oblige us to grant refunds in the future.
If — and only if — a money-back guarantee was expressly offered to you at checkout for your specific purchase, you may request a refund under that guarantee in addition to your legal rights. To do so, contact us through the Support Center within 30 days of your purchase and before your subscription period ends, and provide evidence that you used the product for at least 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days after buying it. After receiving your request, we will evaluate it and inform you via email about the status of your refund application.
You have the right to withdraw from a contract for digital content or digital services, without giving a reason, within fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract. This right does not apply where performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. When you make a purchase on our website, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has been provided. Automatic renewals are continued performance of the same agreement and do not open a new withdrawal period.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only, normally within 5–10 business days.
